The Counting Device

Mircea, a long time employee of the National Company of Motorways and National Roads, brings along his nephew George, an educated but jobless young man, in order to get him a job at the same company. They are required to count the vehicles driving on the national roads, for EU statistics purposes. But they have different opinions about their job and their friendship turns into conflict.
