Due to bad weather, the Opening Gala, scheduled in Unirii Square will be moved in two indoor locations of the festival.
One will take place at the Student Culture House, at 20.45 and will be dedicated to bafge holders and invited guests. Philomena (d. Stephen Frears) will be screened at 21.45, and the film Monsoon Shootout, will be screened at 23.30.
At Florin Piersic Cinema, the Opening Gala will begin at 22.30 and will be followed by the screening of Philomena, all ticket buyers can attend this screening. The film Shield of Straw will be rescheduled.
