The sufferings of civilians, the schism of the divided country, the revolutionary illusions, murders and the systematic massacres of Franco's brutality changed once and for ever the universe of Unamuno, Lorca and Buñuel.
Free Fall
Based on the home movies of the talented musician, photographer and businessman György Pető, Free Fall explores the times before the Holocaust, the darkest chapter of the 20th century Hungary. We follow their story, to discover what's behind the Petős' happiness, how they try to ignore the threatening evidences of forthcoming massacres.
On Wednesday, June 5th, 16:00, at Casa Tranzit, the audience will assist to the opening of the exhibition The Danube Exodus: The Rippling Currents of the River .
